Lake Front Cruises
What are Lake Front Cruises (LFCs)?
LFC's are your opportunity as a Sail Chicago member (and your personal guests) to sail on either the Emotional
Rescue (ER) or the Little Isis, Sail Chicago's two Motor Cruisers. Buy one ticket or reserve the whole boat.
Maximum six passengers. $16.00 per person. No Sailing experience required. We provide the Skipper and 1st
Mate.
Shields Lake Front Cruises
Come sail on Erica, our 30' classic Shields racer on Friday evenings. Meet at the South end of Belmont harbor at 6:00pm. Watch the sun go down and see the lights of the skyline and Navy Pier. We provide the skipper and first mate, and accommodate up to 4 guests. Take the helm, or just go along for the ride. Keep in mind that this is a fast boat, and depending on conditions, can be wet. Plan on bringing foul weather gear. Cost: $16 per person.
LFC Time Schedule
Emotional Rescue-Wednesday Night-fireworks cruise 6pm to 10pm
Little Isis-Saturday Night-fireworks cruise 6pm to 10pm
Erica-Friday evening 6PM
Cruises start May 25th and end October 5th

Cancellations
If the cruise is cancelled for any reason you will
receive a full refund or option to change to a
different cruise. If possible you will be contacted
in advance. The decision not to sail due to
weather conditions will be made by the Skipper.
If it is necessary to cancel you may either
request refund or change to a different time. If the cancellation is made less
than 48 hours prior to departure you will only
receive credit for a future cruise.If you do not show up for a cruise that occurs, no refund or credit is available.
