Sailboat Race Crew
Crewing on a Sail Chicago racing sailboat is a great way to learn more about racing and sailing in general.

An experienced racing skipper will captain each sailboat. Part of the captain's job is to pass on their knowledge to the crew.

Both the Rhodes 19 racing program and the Shields racing program welcome Sail Chicago members who want to learn. Come out and crew until you are experienced, comfortable and ambitious enough to skipper your own races.
